The short-lived best audio and video accessory

It was great until it stopped connecting to my laptop about 3 weeks ago. It makes a sound that it is connecting and after a few seconds it disconnects. I tried all three USB ports and they all had an issue, so it's not my laptop. I've only had it for 3 months and I got it for donors who chose my class.

Pros

Built-in multi-function menu, user can quickly adjust the angle, size and brightness of the image. Take photos and record with one click, and support split-screen comparison to meet different learning needs. (Some features are not available when connected to a Mac)
