I have owned this mouse since 2022 (a gift), during all this time I changed the batteries only once. It was used on an old computer, on which I usually watched films and lectures, (that is, it was little used) there were no problems with it. But recently, the budget wired Logitech S96, bought back in 2022, died on the main working computer, and I connected this one, with the thoughts that it was high time to move away from the usual to the progressive . And here I felt all its shortcomings. It turned out that the same hand movements at certain moments can lead to different pointer movements, even when acceleration is off. Communication is sometimes interrupted for a fraction of a second, sometimes a double click works instead of a single one (perhaps this is wear and tear). Experiments with rugs did not lead to noticeable results. Being an active trader, I decided not to take risks and stopped working in the middle of the session. In general, if you are a gamer, an active trader, or just used to working on a computer in such a way that an outside observer does not have time to understand what is going on there, then keep in mind that this mouse will also sometimes not keep up with you, or rather it will slow you down. As a result, I dug up another forgotten old S96 in my bins, yes, it is really more accurate and stable. I am only surprised at one thing, it cost almost 10 times more than a regular budget mouse, but in fact it works worse.
