You'd better hope your cover doesn't tear, especially during the rainy season. Dowco guarantees a 2 year warranty but they are so slow to respond and don't consider customer service a top priority. I bought a bike case that broke after about 3 months. Now I'm stuck without a bike case. It takes over two weeks to process my RMA, whatever it is, and I estimate another week to get my new cover sent to me. Add to this that all my bikes were left on the street for 3 weeks without a case, not to mention I had to pay $10 just to have them shipped back which is ridiculous considering how long the entire one took process takes time. Had I known there was going to be so much hassle I would have used that $10 to buy a better cover from the start so I didn't have to deal with Dowco.
