I have used many types of kinesiology tape in the past including KT, FlexU and now this one. While their claim is true, "waterproof" is something. The glue they use can be dangerous and too sticky for sensitive parts of the body including but not limited to the upper arms. Look at my photo example, the tape was so difficult to remove (only overnight) that it literally left a mark by either pinching the skin or leaving an adhesive that was difficult to remove (except with rubbing alcohol). I would not recommend this for use. next to sensitive skin areas. Actually, I advise against buying it. I prefer other tapes that don't leave any glue marks on the body!
