It took me a long time to find this product and it was worth it. This pan is perfect for eggs, bacon, sausage and anything else you want or need to cook. With large, wraparound cooking surfaces, you get a real fried egg, not the smaller, thicker poached egg you find in other pans. It is non-stick and suitable for universal lids, so food cooks evenly and cooking times are reduced. Excellent quality and I would recommend it to everyone.
