Pretty but ineffective
They are beautiful to look at and I loved the little pouch they came in. However, the silicone and beads that hold them don't grip the skin very securely, so any physical movement can cause them to slip off, which is a problem unless you're doing more than getting up. In addition, contrary to the description, they can also be used by men.
