Good monitor for general use

Using the monitor for office work and watching videos and games is not covered in this test. Benefits • Image Quality. The picture is clear and bright and overall the images look sharp and the videos are smooth. • Ports. Includes 2 x HDMI, 1 x VGA, 1 x 3.5mm audio in, 1 x 3.5mm audio out • Slim profile and bezel. Disadvantages • Non-standard power connection. Uses a mini-brick, which of course offers the benefit of a thin profile. • The stand has a fixed height and feels flimsy. • The audio is ok at best. With video, where the sound is played from the microphone, the full volume is lost. Half volume is not the easiest to understand. At 75 the sound is fine. Recommend external speakers of PC/Laptop. If you need an FHD monitor for extra desk space or even for general use, this is an inexpensive monitor with good picture quality that will get the job done. Don't expect a lot of features like HDR, FreeSync, G-Sync or a Displayport as this monitor wasn't built for that many people. However, the 75Hz refresh is a nice complement for video playback. If you need to adjust the height, you will need a mount or an optional monitor stand as there is no height adjustment. The price at the time of purchase was perfect, just a few dollars more than a similar but smaller monitor bought a year earlier. All in all a good monitor for general use!
