Review on Numark HF125 DJ Headphones: Ultra-Portable & Professional with 6ft Cable, 40mm Drivers for Enhanced Response, and Closed-Back Design for Superior Noise Isolation by Kenneth Rich

I bought these to use in my home music/vocal recording studio. I didn't want to spend mega bucks on headphones since I stream playback to a studio monitor for my final mixes, but I needed something to isolate individual instruments for parts of the recording. Found these and decided to try them based on the mostly good reviews and very low price. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and sound - good bass and overall clarity. They are only 4 stars because the ear pads are quite small and they tend to cause pain in my ears when wearing reading glasses with headphones for more than 45 minutes. Bigger/softer ear pads would be helpful, but for $13 they work well enough that I will continue to use them.
