This is an all purpose hard floor cleaner. The device is wireless. It has 2 water tanks, one for clean water and one for dirty water. It separates solids from liquids in waste containers. Gauges on the handle report charge level, fuel level and roller status. The kit includes the main body (consists of 2 parts to assemble), 2 water tanks, battery, cleaning roller, brush roller, charging station, power supply, comb filter, cleaning brush and instructions. The instructions are written in fluent English and are easy to understand. I find this cleaner works great on my cork floors. It also works well on my hardwood floors. I have some small tiles at home and it does a pretty good job there too. The bottom line is that the silicone roller has to be soaked before use, which is not mentioned in the short part of the instructions. I'm impressed with how much dirt the cleaner removed from our floors even though I thought the floors seemed clean enough. I also have Bissell floor cleaners. What I love about this Hizero device is that you don't have to use any special floor cleaning solutions. You can use clean water if you want. This is important to me because most ready-made solutions have flavors that give me a headache. I find this device more convenient to use than the Bissell because I can just dip and mop floors with it without sweeping or vacuuming. What is also great is that this device separates solids from liquids. The only thing I don't like about this unit is that it only contains a small amount of cleaning solution, so it has to be filled with dirty water and drained every 5-10 minutes. I can't walk the entire bottom floor in one sitting without pausing to change my mind. In general, this device simplifies floor cleaning and is very convenient.
