Fits perfectly on the 2005 Lexus ES330 although installation requires some effort. Make sure to insert the rear hub and tighten the screw, otherwise it will never work. It's helpful to loosen the tie rod so you have a little more room to work, and install the ball joint separately after bolting the arm. Make sure you have a pair of pry bars and a good punch. Removing old ball joints can also be a chore, even hitting the side of the steering knuckle with a hammer to knock them out required some effort. Hope they last a few years. They really healed the hit we had with older OEMs that rattled pretty hard at 131k miles.
