This rashguard is true to size. I'm 5ft 9in 170bs and size L fits me great, it also stretches a bit in the water making it very comfortable and flexible. The collar is also seamless and very soft. This is a gift from my fiance before I go to Koh Samui in Thailand and like any rashguard this shirt is made for diving, snorkeling and swimming in warm water, it will not replace a wetsuit in cooler water. The UPF protection is a big plus if you intend to use it out of the water as well. I personally like the color blue as it's a stylish shirt to wear during breaks on the surface. You can certainly find cheaper swim shirts on Amazon, but you sacrifice the quality workmanship of the ScubaPro.
