Ordered as a gift, company said they vacuum to save on shipping and put them in the dryer with a damp towel to fluff them up. A tag on the dress stating that if this tag is removed the item cannot be returned. How can you put a damp towel in the dryer and the label won't fall off? I am selling it as is so if you don't like it you can return it.
