Review on 💻 Macally SLIMKEYPRO Ultra Slim Keyboard for MacBook by Benjamin Chang

This keyboard worked fine on my desk for about 1 year, connected to my MacBook Air. After that many keys stopped working (yes , the keyboard is clean etc.). So now it's practically useless. I have other Macally branded products that work well (mouse, computer stand, etc.). Revain couldn't help as it's been over a year now. Difficult/long time to reach customer service (particularly due to delays due to Covid) and I don't have time to wait. I have sent a message to the seller and also emailed Macally customer service and am hoping for a response. I am a medical student and work part-time. I need confidence that my technology will work when I need it, or get a quick response from the company I bought the technology from, which unfortunately isn't the case. So if you're just looking for a cheap, short-term keyboard that you'll use occasionally and don't mind if it stops working, this is probably the way to go. It's definitely cheap and definitely not for long-term use. I thought it would be an inexpensive alternative to a Mac keyboard, but it turned out to be just as expensive because I had to buy another one! I hope someone comes back to me someday. and send me a refund. I'll probably just order a $100 keyboard from the Apple Store.
