items were fairly easy to install but never worked properly. I connected the tv to the loop section of the transmitter but as soon as you connected the category 6 cable the loop tv turned itself off. You need to get up and connect the cat 6 to the loop and then reconnect the cat 6. If you turn off the TV connected to the loop, you will get a message as soon as you try to turn it back on there is no signal. I've posted about this in the questions section of the device display and have received replies from the retailer suggesting switch tampering on the sending device. It didn't help. Another question sent asking you to contact customer service. No Answer. So I'm stuck with no solution. Worth no more than two stars. You need to buy a splitter and send a signal to the device and a signal to the TV. hope this works
