I installed Edge on Friday November 15, 2019. Live stream cannot be received. The device was activated by my ISP, Comcast and also by TiVo. The error message I get on the TV screen is "All tuners on the TiVo Box are in use. You won't be able to watch live TV until one of the tuners is free." Error Code: V86. I've been on the phone and communicating with TiVo Support several times since Friday. Finally, on the phone this morning, the representative told me that the problem was caused by customers had been reported and that it was a "common problem." She continued that the technicians are working to resolve the issue and I will be notified via email when they resolve it. I asked her about it compensation for the lack of service and she said to call them after the problem is resolved. When I call I plan to ask them for additional compensation because they are still paying my ISP, Comcast, even though I am due unable to access their services due to a TiVo issue. I notice that there are some positive reviews which I don't understand as TiVo says the issue is common. TiVo should post a public notice on this issue to prevent users from purchasing Edge until the issue is resolved as pre-registration and payment are required to activate it. If I had known the problem beforehand, I certainly would not have bought the Edge. If possible I would give it a "0" rating. Unfortunately, if I want to watch TV, I have to go back to the Comcast xFinity box and reinstall it. In my case, the nearest xFinity store is 40 minutes away.
