Need a new desktop computer for my husband. His needs are the simplest, no games or complicated programs. HP is a brand that I have avoided for many years due to serious issues in the past. BUT the price and features were tempting, so I decided to give it a try. Setup was pretty easy, and importing data from the old computer was much faster than it had been in the past. Adding (or possibly removing) unwanted programs failed, something corrupted the .dll file and I couldn't fix it. As a result, I had to restore Windows. But after that we ran without any problems and since then everything has been fine. My confidence in HP has also been restored somewhat. Now I would rather buy another one. So we are happy with this purchase.
