They work exactly as described and appear to be well made. The simple design allows quick changes to the facility to meet changing needs. I choose the ones that have a "button" at the top because I thought they would look a little cleaner than the ones that have an "eye screw" at the top. In hindsight, the eyebolt style might be more functional to me, but that's just personal preference and not a negative view of the product. Actually, I could attach an eyelet with a screw connector, there is enough rod in the middle of the handle for that. Another caveat, although clearly stated on the site, I managed to order the wrong size the first time. Make sure you get the right size for your car.
