I am 5ft 4125lbs and ordered a size medium. Most reviews say the size is bigger, I agree and I'm glad I did. I could have worn small or medium so I went for medium and I think if I had chosen small it would fit me, it would be just too tight in my arms. I am very satisfied with this product. It was a bit expensive so I was skeptical when ordering but I think the quality and price are the same only I would say it's not pure white something like eggshell color but it's not a big mistake I would order preferably black next. Hope that helps
