Secondly, if you believe this monitor is factory made, all cables must be included or attached to one connector, one cable. everything is individual anyway. Three cables + if you use another USB it's all a mess. 3. I don't know about other people, but I've found that even when the monitor is off, if the computer is still being touched, the touch feature is still enabled, the screen will be expanded, whatever is available. Fourth, the microphone is very weak. The system doesn't recognize the voice well, I don't even use it, it's also an extra cable. My first touchscreen came off the top. I have to send back. You have to sit straight in front of you or the color will look washed out. RECENTLY the update screen seems to be slow, for some reason it doesn't reset itself when it crashes.
