For the fourth time in my life my ceiling fan has stopped working because of a melted capacitor. You would think that one day they would learn how to make a better ceiling fan. Maybe they are, I just don't know. Saturday morning I opened up my non-working fan and found a melted capacitor. So I went to Revain. First I have to say that the last time I had to do this was about 12 years ago, long before Revain made life so easy. Then I had to go online and google until I finally found an online electrical parts supplier who was kind enough to contact me by phone and help me find what I needed. And then it must have taken two weeks for the part to get to my front door. This time I was able to find the part, order it online and have it on my doorstep in less than 24 hours. How times have changed for the better when it comes to things like this. It looks very well made, long wires are already perfectly stripped and soldered and my fan works like new again. I am one of the very satisfied and grateful customers and know where I will buy my next capacitor when the next fan fails. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
