There is a lot to say about this product. The microphone picks up a lot of background noise, which becomes annoying when you use the VOX function. I would rate headphones 6 out of 10, they are not very loud. When you're traveling at speeds in excess of 60 miles per hour, you don't need to worry about answering the phone or using the communications feature. When I use the PTT button on my bike I can send some information if you yell a little. Installation was easy and required no prior knowledge. The design seemed average for a headset, nothing caught my eye. I would happily spend the extra money and buy the Harely brand as they sound so much better. But for the price, they're not that bad, and it's handy, especially when I'm giving commands to my bike.
