Lesson learned. Try Now

I got this a few months ago for a desktop power supply I'm making but due to other projects I'm just getting started. It's my fault for not testing it when I received it and trusting the product to work. The first thing I noticed upon opening it was that the edge of the circuit board was cracked from an impact. Plugged in and nothing. no output voltage. I have to disassemble it for parts because the return window is boarded up. Lesson learned. test right away.
