GPS rating 4.5 but customer service and extras 1 so I have to give a 3 overall. The GPS is really good. Big screen, lots of useful information. The biggest complaint I have is that the charge doesn't last very long, which isn't a problem since you can use the GPS while it's plugged in. The problem is that the car charger they sent us didn't fit the GPS connector and the USP connection sent was so short I had to hold the plug to charge and I couldn't mount it on the dash. Luckily I had a cell phone charger that I could use. I wrote to the seller about the car charger and received no reply.
