A really "cool " neck fan

A neck fan is a great idea. I like the different speeds, but the buttons to change speed and change light are so tiny. I needed someone else to help me get dressed or I had to take it off my neck and change the buttons. Bought for my daughter to wear to camp on hot summer days. They have these changing lights so I feel like I'm at a disco not quite sure on the exact flashing light purchase. My 11 year old loves it so it's good for me.
