I bought it when they had a gold box of the day to replace my monitor so there was something to watch HD movies instead of a TV and computer monitor. It's a very large screen compared to a regular monitor, and with the gold box it was a great price - high resolution with a large screen for around $200 isn't bad at all. As another reviewer mentioned, the computer tends not to adjust to its native resolution, so a message usually pops up at startup, so it would be a good idea to change these settings, but I haven't gotten around to that yet. still. This is a great opportunity for the college student/intern who wants to watch movies and play some PC games rather than carrying around a much larger flat screen TV as often.
