Bought another brand 2 years ago as we were training our pit bull when he was a baby. He only needed the beep to correct his behavior (tighten the leash and train him with the yard boundaries). We lost it when we moved. Bought this one and it totally remembers Beep. We just have to put a collar on him and he will know. He no longer pulls on the leash and doesn't want to leave the farm anymore. Dogs are very smart and this is a great learning tool when used properly! If you don't know how to train with an e-collar, watch some YouTube videos, they are very helpful for beginners.
