Love the looks, functionality, plenty of palm rest, easy maintenance/cleaning, and indoor/outdoor versatility. UNCOMFORTABLE FOR TALL PEOPLE Unfortunately, they are uncomfortable for tall people. I'm 205 pounds and 5'8. There is a ridge on the back of the bottom of the seat that digs into my butt when I sit all the way back and 2 posts that dig into my hips/ass. I shared photos from these uncomfortable places. I've tried putting cushions on the underside of the seats, but you end up losing the comfortable height of the armrests, and when the cushion compresses it still lets it dig into my body. I tried the seat back cushion but then lost the depth of the seat and felt like I would fall out of my chair. RELIABLE, they wobble a bit but I never felt them collapse or break. You only get feedback from the chairperson. Although I don't want to get up on my hind legs and possibly land on the ground. These aren't the cheap plastic chairs you find at the garden center. GENERAL THOUGHTS This is a good quality commercial chair, but probably more comfortable for thin people. Hope that was helpful, thanks!
