PLEASE CAUTION: There are no connectors as you would expect from this type of product.
I was expecting to be able to plug it in and turn it on, but there are no ports to connect the cables. This removed the star, but other than that the threads weren't stuck properly to the double-sided tape, so some of the threads completely came loose or shifted and the tape crumpled in places, causing it to stick to itself. Now I have to buy tiny wire nuts or solder wires at the end of each strand and I also have to buy new double sided tape. fragile and slight pressure will break them.
