I needed a 3rd monitor and didn't want to completely rearrange my desk or rather buy another one that fits 3 monitors. This is perfect for my laptop stand as a third monitor. It also has the added benefit of being portable should I ever travel again. One of the biggest downsides of business travel for me was that I only had to work from my laptop screen. This will make things easier. He's heavier than I expected. I expected the weight of my Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, but it's definitely heavier. Although I really don't care. It's plug and play, whether I plug it directly into my laptop's USB-C or dock, it just works. I like that it is powered via USB-C. I didn't even use the power adapter that came with it. The speakers are adequate but I never use them as I have the top 3 options to choose from. To be honest I haven't tried playing games or watching videos on it. It works as a third monitor on which I watch PPT presentations in speaker mode or compare .xls or .doc files, so I haven't tested it in practice. Also, I haven't had the chance to travel with it to see how it performs in different lighting conditions and on different table surfaces. But for what I've used so far, it's perfect.
