I missed this neck fan a bit, I really thought that this fan must have some kind of cooling element, where the fans are located there isn't, there is only a cooling strip in the neck and when it is put on, it gets cold, maybe even too cold for just one spot, and when it gets that cold it starts to hurt because it's too cold for just a small area in the neck. You should have thought a little more about it than they did.! JS
