The most annoying thing is that if you (like me) bought a mouse abroad, there is no chance to get a new one under warranty, since you need to contact the store with a claim in order to receive either a mouse from the store or a negative answer with which you will already finish those support. I can’t go to the store, because I was passing through the city, and I have no idea what kind of street it was, the name of the store, etc. Previously, everything was decided by a photo of a faulty part (or video), now those support do not want to meet . In the end, the mouse is very good, but the support for customers who own premium products is simply disgusting.
