Update: After my original post, I was immediately contacted by a seller who wanted to resolve my issue with a refund or replacement cartridges. They supported their product and suggested that the one I was having trouble with was defective. They sent me 2 new cartridges and now the problem is solved. I will let you know if anything changes. Original post: I bought this toner for the price and it printed fine at first, but then I noticed that some of the gray highlights on my documents were mottled and some of the white areas had black spots. . When I print 1 page everything is fine, but when I print 10 copies the print quality drops quickly. I could agree if these printables were just for me, but since they will be distributed to others I need good quality printouts.
