Review on Medium Silver Motorcycle Half Cover - Nelson Rigg UV-2000-02-MD for Optimal UV Protection by Sam Hansen

This is my second Nelson Rigg case and I have to say I'm a bit disappointed with the construction of the UV-2000 Half Cover. The full Falcon Defender case I have appears to be made from a thicker material and double stitched and heat treated which is in contrast to this UV 2000 half case. The built-in bungee cord is also thicker and stronger. These features didn't catch on with the UV-2000, which is a bit disappointing. Overall, Medium fitted my 2017 Yamaha FZ-09 perfectly - it covered the entire underside of the tail section all the way to the top. the bottom of the headlight assembly, which is great. For the price this is a decent cap but I was expecting the same attention to detail as other Nelson Rigg caps. It would be easy to charge $10 more and make a GREAT cover that isn't "good enough".
