and using this auger bit with my dewalt bit made half of my job quick and easy. It really wasn't long enough and strong enough to.
I needed to drill holes in a fairly large tree stump and this auger bit with my Dewalt auger did half the job quickly and easily. It really wasn't long enough or strong enough to go in the stump more than 6 inches, I also bought a DEWALT DW1614 1/2" x 12" black oxide drill bit which as an extra tool allowed me to go in 10-12 inches Stump which was ideal for loading Stump pellets. , it was very difficult to get deeper into the stump with the Irwin Auger Drill.
