The quality was disappointing, the product is bad.

I've had the phone for the past three months. Before then, there were phones manufactured by HTC and ASUS. We have come to the conclusion that Samsung will last longer. Oh no! Everything works properly, including the display, the camera, the sound, and the screen, according to the technical parameters. Today, I was carrying about my J7 when it unexpectedly fell out of my hands and disappeared. I believe that every phone experiences regular drops. As a general rule, the exterior glass will shatter first. In my instance, there is not the slightest bit of damage to the glass, but the display itself is fractured. Despite the absence of any visible flaws on the exterior, the customer support representative advised that the case is not guaranteed. Screen replacement costs 40,000 tenge. When asked why the glass had not been damaged at that time, they said that it was a protective glass of high quality; nonetheless, the question remains: what does the glass protect? Hence, if you purchase this phone, you should be prepared for such unexpected outcomes. I have never before encountered a phone that is so easy to handle as it is in this instance. I was surprised to find out that a display on a gadget that costs as much as two MEIZU or XIAOMI smartphones and has comparable specifications is so brittle. To summarize, although the quality is on par with that of its Chinese analogues, the price tag is two times too high. This was my very first and very final purchase from Samsung. There are no inquiries to be made to the bank of the Caspian! Everything is done to the highest standard.
