Used for 2 months, happy with it. I'm quite picky about technology, but in this case, Neato engineers are great. Yes, the cost of the device is quite high compared to others . but it's worth it. The vacuum cleaner turns on almost every day, because there is a cat and a dog (small) in the house, and each time a full garbage container (wool and sand from the corridor), it’s not even clear where so many come from. Cleaning time is about 50 minutes for a three-room apartment under 70 sq. M. At first I looked at the movement of the vacuum cleaner, tried to find something superfluous in its movement, but no . everything is clear, it does not leave empty zones, although if it crawls under the table in the kitchen, for some reason it makes two turns around each table leg. It is interesting to watch how it gets out from under the chair, if you drove there - the body rises on one side, due to the "spring-loaded" wheels and the vacuum cleaner "squeezes" between the legs. Of course there are also disadvantages; glossy cover (it scratches very quickly, it is better not to put it on tiles or stone), the filter latch is hard (if you pull very hard, all the debris will be on the floor). Read the instructions carefully, especially regarding the battery, at first I had a problem with charging, until I told the vacuum cleaner that it was a new battery and ran it 3 times until it was completely discharged (as in the instructions). I want to note that neither the cat nor the dog are afraid of the vacuum cleaner and do not ride on it (I would have traveled if I were them;))
