If your car has a gas cap sensor, this cap will not work.
I fitted a gas cap to my Dodge Grand Caravan and to my great surprise it was an aftermarket product, it fitted, looked good but was not compatible with the OEM product. I constantly burned the inscription "Gas plug" and "Check engine". I went to our local Mopar dealer, bought an OEM cap, no more problems.
