WHERE TO START! As an entrepreneur and candle maker, I use a lot of toner. So when it comes to running my own business, I'm always looking for affordable consumables that are just as good as branded ones. After searching everywhere to replace my used toner ($50) I came across "Cool Toner" and noticed that it was a fraction of the cost ($25.51) and gave me 2 toners instead of one were offered. Very excited, I decided to order. However, when I received the toner, it had a few flaws. Instead of returning it I decided to wait, wrote a review and started looking for a new one. A few weeks later I unexpectedly received an email from Amber's customer service representative (The Best) apologizing for the inconvenience and giving me the option to return the product or exchange it for a new one. It literally brought me to tears. It showed me that customer service wasn't dead (even then) and that someone CARES! Amber not only gave me back my confidence in Cool Toner, but also hope. "And the new toner is almost better than the original". Thank you AMBER!
