Love the Anolon Nouvelle line
I had an old 4-1/2 qt pot. It has always been my favorite frying pan, but over time (7 years) it has finally worn out. I replaced it with this new 4 liter pot. It's beautiful and much better. It seems to heat up more evenly and I look forward to many more years of great sauces, sauces, etc.
