Five stars for service and quality

I have to admit I was a bit disappointed when I opened the box and it appeared to have been opened accidentally. It didn't have a remote control or anything, although it did have an open box for the missing light. A note was included asking me to contact them if I was unhappy. I emailed and got a reply the next day that a new package was sent to me. It wasn't sent on time, so it arrived in the mail about five days later. But it was completely finished and they let me keep the other two lanterns. These lights are really smooth. They can be extended by touch or remote control. They feel good in the hand, have no rough edges and a reasonable weight, even before three AAA batteries are installed. The remote control comes in handy when you want to place it somewhere, e.g. B. as an accent light, since you can switch between cool white and cold light. warm white at the touch of a button, you can switch between 100% brightness and 50% brightness at the touch of a button. Then there are other buttons to select the brightness level in between. You can lower them to a very dark level if you like. They also have timer buttons. I can confirm that if you press the five minute off button, the light will turn off after five minutes. The packaging also states that the light will turn off after two hours if no action is taken. I tested it and that's exactly what happened. I love the fact that you can touch the lights and they glow. When you first install the batteries, they turn on at 50% and you can then crank them up to 100%. If you want a different color or brightness by default, you need to set this with the remote control. But at least he will remember that attitude. If no action is taken. I tested it and that's exactly what happened. I love the fact that you can touch the lights and they glow. But at least he will remember that attitude. Most of the time I tape some pretty strong magnetic tape to a closet or whatever I put the light on. Thus, the lamp can be easily removed. But another way to do this is to stick the sticky part to the back of the lantern. In this case you can put the light in a metal cabinet and use the magnet on the back to move it to where you need the light in that cabinet. I can tell you it's way better than using a flashlight. It's like the difference between an incandescent lightbulb and a fluorescent lightbulb. Maybe the same amount of power, but distributed in a much broader pattern. I have calculated that a set of batteries should give you around 6-8 hours of light. I don't know if they would be a good choice for under kitchen cabinet lighting. But they're a great choice for places where a bit of white is sometimes needed, like under the kitchen sink, in the utility cupboard, etc. That's where they really shine, sorry.
