This is a great fall hiker. I liked them so much I bought a second pair! I can't speak to Arch Support because I'm removing the insoles for my AFOs (leg supports) for extra depth. Propet is my favorite shoe brand. Their models have extra width and depth to accommodate orthopedic insoles, as well as flatter, firmer soles and more stable support (e.g. for rolling feet). The bottom of the shoe has a much better grip and support than the Drew brand shoes in my opinion, although some shoe models have a similar design (e.g. sandal design). I would like to see this shoe in more colors. I could only find in black or white. What about dark gray or gray? The openings on the shoes are wide enough to slip your foot in without bending your ankle and the velcro closure keeps it secure.
