I have ordered a replacement and may change my rating if the replacement solves my problems but this unit has been a great pain! The plate that the instructions said should be tight turned out to be 2, and 2 screws were missing. I was able to put the panels together and use other screws from home to replace the ones that were missing. However, after I was glad I could assemble it and do the electrical work, I found that 4 of the 5 balls have huge holes in them, so the brackets that come with them can't hold them in place. Very disappointing.
