First time use in surf water and it starts to fill with water immediately. As you can see from the photos, the water is in the case. Fog streaks are wet and water fills from below. I will contact the seller and see if this is common with their product or is an "accidental" defect. I know the camera is waterproof to an extent, but figured I'd use a case for extra protection while browsing. The case filled with water and it fogged up the inside of the case, rendering the footage unusable. I will update the information as soon as I get a response from the seller. If they send me a new case and it is waterproof as advertised,
