Review on πŸ•―οΈ Sterno Home CG10288CR06 Flameless Candle in Cream - Enhancing Ambience without the Fire by Christina Brown

Not as nice as the big version.

Make sure you choose the right size and color before placing an order, otherwise you may not be satisfied. This review is for two packs of 2.5 inch blackcurrant flameless candles. Maybe I'm being too harsh with these candles but I don't like them as much as the taller version I also ordered. Keep in mind they have a slight pleasant smell that will probably fade quickly so I wouldn't buy them hoping to scent a room but that's a plus for me as I already have a lot of candles and I don't my house wants to smell like a yankee candle store! Unlike the larger version of these candles, the 2.5 inch candles do not have a timer. Maybe the timer is too much to ask for that price but it would be nice if they turned on when my other candles turn on. Although if they were real candles I would still have to light them! They are the same brightness as the larger candle and appear to be close to realistic values. I have the same complaint as the big ones, the light is too far down the pole. The problem is even more apparent with these small candles, as I have never seen a candle that small that burned so deeply without melting the tip. Also, as mentioned, the scalloped top feels chunky for the small size. The wick is a small black plastic protrusion that resembles a real burned wick and looks authentic enough. I've seen that some people don't like the spiky look. I aborted two starts due to some appearance issues and the lack of a timer, but I'm still very happy with my purchase as the set was a whopping $2.50 when I bought it. I may pick up a few more to complement my next Revain purchase.
