Review on Hansgrohe 1850181 iBox Universal Plus with Service Stops - ¾" Upgrade, 4-Inch Required Rough - 01850181 (3/4-Inch) by Matthew Perez

I purchased this item through Revain last month (November 2018). After the plumber installed the iBox, he showed me that one of the parts shown in the installation guide was not included. The missing piece was a gasket to be placed between the cement board wall and the shower tile. When I called Hansgrohe customer service and gave them the missing part number, the service representative told me that they could not find an entry for this seal in their parts database. When I replied that I looked it up directly in their printed installation guide, he told me that I would have to ship the entire product back to them, which was not possible as it was already installed in my shower room wall. I don't think I will buy Hansgrohe sanitary again.
