THE DOORS GIVE ABOUT 15 LBS OF RESISTANCE. I'm not exaggerating. There's no way to adjust the resistance - they don't seem to want a diabetic with low sugar or an elderly person in the first aid kit. Luckily the kids can't open the doors either, so I guess that's a good thing? It's too annoying to use even if you're strong enough to open the soft-close/hard-open doors. So ridiculous. Why can't they find out how the products work before we find out we wasted money? I am returning this item. It could have been a decent product, seemed well made but they didn't want to make it viable unless you are a powerlifter. It is better not to use this product to cut your hair, because then you cannot turn from one mirror to another to see your head from the side or from behind.
