Protein for those with a sweet tooth

My trainer Fafa recommended this brand to me. I was skeptical as my stomach is sensitive to whey protein. However, when I consumed this protein with two cups of California soy milk for a week. I prefer the banana peanut butter split flavor as the peanut butter flavor dominates but there is a hint of banana. Protein fills you up and keeps you full for about three hours. I recommend this product for people struggling with digestive issues; I'm lactose and gluten intolerant, it sits and digests right with me. ** Bonus tip: Add protein powder AFTER you have measured/added water or milk to the shaker so the protein powder doesn't stay on the bottom.
