This is a very nice muslin sheet, but very thin and without elastic. Well that's ok with me, I use a very good waterproof quilted mattress cover. If I wasn't using the boxed mattress topper and playing I wouldn't be using this sheet as the sides don't stay in place and it's thin enough that burps etc go right through the flimsy bottom mat. The sheet has a very cute design and will get softer with every wash. The ends are folded and sewn to create a mattress pocket that holds the ends in place, but if baby moves or begins to roll off the sides, they will climb up the sides of the mattress. I hope this helps those who have doubts, this is a very good hand for the right purpose.
