Identical to my original which gave up and gave up after 5 years of bullying. I paid less than $7 for the remote and it works great for me, put batteries in and that's it. There are some reviews that say the buttons are harder to press and that's true, but these are just some buttons like the round one in the middle that you need to hear to make it work, but I guess after a while that's it With use this stiffness will disappear. It's not a problem you won't get used to and save $20, yes the original is almost $30. You can get an app for your phone that works on your Sony but I didn't like using my phone for it and it doesn't have all the features. Good deal at $7.
