I've tried several bluetooth headphones for sports and office work and I think it's the "one" if I'm on a budget. The rubber hooks around the ears are very comfortable in my experience. If you want to wear them to run, 20 minutes to an hour without elastic is enough for you. If you plan to combine exercise with office work and sit for long hours, plastic can put a lot of strain on your ears. On the other hand, rubber works anyway. In terms of sound quality, these are budget headphones. As an audiophile you have to be realistic. And if you're a music lover, you still shouldn't go wireless. However, I think the sound is damn good for the price. I use them regularly for about 6-8 hours and it's been about 2-3 months. There are currently no complaints. Of all the budget wireless earbuds I've tried, these are good for all purposes. Highly recommended.
